JOB DUTIES:
To prepare all of the hot food items for the Breakfast shift while ensuring quality food, nice presentations and good tasting food from every item prepared.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required: At least 1-year line cook in an established restaurant or school experience. Must have hospitality-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor. Valid Food Handler card required before start of employment. Availability should include any day of the week for AM shifts (5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, or as necessary to meet business demands), weekends and holidays a must.
JOB DUTIES:
To serve food and beverage to customers while providing courteous, professional, efficient service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required: Previous serving experience required. Must have ability to perform duties effectively in a fast-paced environment, be multi-task oriented, have professional appearance, and a positive attitude. Must be flexible and willing to cross train in other areas of the restaurant. Valid Food Handler & OLCC cards required before start of employment. Must be available to be scheduled any day of the week for various shifts with minimal schedule restrictions (coming in as early as 2PM and leaving as late as 11PM, or as necessary to meet business demands), including holidays and weekends. Must have hospitality-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor. Must actively support the hotel's environmentally responsible business practices.
JOB DUTIES:
To increase hotel profits by increasing sales and generating business through aggressive sales efforts, discretion and judgment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required: Previous direct sales experience; aggressive, outgoing personality; proven record of independent, self-motivated work habits & desire to succeed in a highly competitive environment; effective time management principles and organizational skills; strong English writing skills and proven verbal communication abilities. Candidate must be willing to work AM/PM/weekend shifts as necessary and travel as needed. Must have dedication to extraordinary customer service and professionalism as well as hospitality-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor. Hotel sales experience and four-year college degree in related field very helpful, though not required.
JOB DUTIES:
Responsible for food and customer service to guests of the Executive Meeting Center with the highest standards of courteousy, professionalism, efficiency, and hospitality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required: Ability to work independently and with initiative. Strong interpersonal/customer service skills also necessary for this guest intensive position. Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment also required. Valid Food Handler card required before start of employment in EMC. Must have hospitality-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and handle physical demands of job (position entails movement of sets of EMC chairs and tables) Previous a/v experience helpful, though not required. Familiarity with computers and programs (to include Excel, Word, and Internet) is also a plus. Hours will primarily 2 PM to 8 PM (or as necessary to meet business demands.) Weekends and holidays may also be necessary. Food service, meeting, and banquets experience helpful, though not required. Must also be willing to actively support the hotel's environmentally responsible business practices.
